ZTE Mobley turns most vehicles 1996 and newer into mobile Hotspots. Just plug the device into your vehicle's OBD-II port and your Hotspot is live.** Add the device to existing Mobile Share Value/Mobile Share Advantage plan for low as $10.
Or, get the Connected Car Unlimited Data plan for $20 per month. These plans will include Stream Saver, which allows you to save data by streaming higher definition video at Standard Definition quality (about 480p). AT&T will activate it. You can then turn it off and back on online. Ability to stream and video resolution may vary. Restrictions apply.

The problem is the AT&T Customer Service reps can't do this. They see it but only the Car Connect reps (who are AT&T) are able to configure the $20/month. The catch is you need to have your device IMEI or Car Connect can't help you. Bit of a catch-22 because you either need to possess the Mobley and read them the number or it must already be active on your AT&T account so they can see it.
I'm really hoping when mine shows up from Best Buy I can call the car guys and have it put on my account without a hassle. Although somehow I doubt it will go smoothly.
