I don't know why so many are having issues with this. I ordered my Mobley from ATTs website on Saturday as a new customer, picked 3GB for $30 plan and just received it via FedEx this morning. I called the connected car department and gave them the IMEI, phone number they assigned me on the shipping invoice and the SIM serial number which was on the box and BAM! 10 minutes later 25MBs download speeds in my car.
Once again you MUST call the connected car department to get this done as has been previously stated 1(866)595-1222
