My no-contract Mobley was bought directly from AT&T online and is still at my mail forwarder. When I was connected to a Connecter Car rep, all I needed to switch it from the initial $30 3GB plan to the $20 unlimited plan was the unit's phone number as listed on my existing My AT&T account online as "Plan 2" after my contract Homebase 250GB plan that's listed as "Plan 1".
