FYI: For new ATT accounts,if you've had your credit card accounts at Equifax, TransUnion, etc., frozen to prevent fraud, you will have to have your Equifax account temporarily unfrozen so ATT can check it. To do that, you will need the 10 digit PIN assigned when you had it frozen. Only Equifax needs to be called - 1-888-932-2324. The minimum un-freeze time is 48 hours so you will need to contact ATT well within that time frame to setup your device.
