AT&T Unlimited LTE Hotspot $20 without AT&T phones

Is there anyone who is using it for their normal home connection? I've been in 'test mode' for the past two days, to see if it can replace my cox high speed connection. It's not as fast (I don't expect it to be), but so far it's been plenty fast enough, for streaming and surfing on net at the same time.

Little concerned that ATT may catch on and shut me down, claiming Im not using it as a vehicle hotspot. Anyone else been running daily for a significant amount of time and any issues?
