We don't have home delivery and they would not send the SIM card to my PO Box so I had it sent to a friend that has home delivery. I am convinced this is why they kept cancelling my order. My advice is to order one from Best Buy then go into an AT&T store and have them activate it and add it to your plan.
BTW, even with the Mobley reading a horrible -105 db I am getting 28 meg down and 3 meg up which is still faster than Comcast seems to be able to deliver to our location. Today I tried chromecasting a couple of hours of TV and it worked without a hiccup. This thing is definitely worth all the aggravation to get set up.
