Ok, this may be answered somewhere here, I don't know. Just exactly how is everyone getting ATT to change the download amount to unlimited for the same paltry $20. fee? This is the second post I've seen on this item but both Best Buy here where I am know nothing about the unit and ATT knows nothing about any thing (reminds me of Sgt. Shultz). To me it seems that anybody that purchases this unit is at the whim of anybody at ATT to either start it or stop it at any time. Is there anything anywhere that says they have to give you the unlimited plan for $20 a month?
