The even more condensed version is you have unlimited data. There appears to be no way to enter unlimited in the current system so they have chosen 1000GB as your limit. So you have used 22Gb of your 1000Gb "limit" so you are pretty much in a very good position (778Gb left). They can slow you down "if" you are on a congested network (de-prioritize your connection) but you will still be on line and it's likely you will not even notice the difference.
