Just as an F.Y.I. - - This plan doesn't "throttle", it MAY deprioritize your connection during peak times on busy tours AFTER you've used the 22GB. Others that are not being deprioritized will most likely experience better speeds than a deprioritized connection during that time.
This could last 5 minutes or 5 hours, depending on location and tower congestion.
I think we all have a tendency to use the two terms interchangeably, but there's a definite difference between throttling and deprioritizing.
