Evidently "Unlimited" does not mean you get your service at the same speeds after 22 GB at their discretion.


They slow down by deprioritizing when a tower is congested. You still get Unlimited Data. A congested tower is going to slow you down no matter what. Depending on where you live you may never see it. Even under 22GB on a congested tower you will see a reduction in speed.
