Rep told me when you go over 22 GB you are prioritized the same as cricket, straight talk and other MVNO users. Basically AT&T customers under 22 GB get first priority, then all other cheaper cell phone services, basically after 22 GB you get booted down a tier.
As a person that uses almost a 100GB monthly I have never had an issue.
