I've had that happen several times, once even when I was in the middle of watching a video. Turning it on and off fixes it . . . til next time. I just read a post on another forum where someone said that if you gently shake it or just turn it over a few times, that accomplishes the same thing.
I have not tried that yet as the problem hasn't happened since I read it.
