I tried extending the lease time as well, also with no luck. Since we've decided to leave the Mobley in operation at our cottage to replace the cable Internet, I built a dedicated 120-volt power supply for it out of parts in my junk pile and spares. I have it plugged in to a cheap lamp timer that cycles it off for 15 minutes at 3:30AM each day, and after 3 days there's been no loss of connection. We'll use our AT&T 250GB/mo Homebase in the motorhome where it's plugged into our onboard UPS system. We've had no connection loss issues with the Homebase. I think the Homebase also has a better cell antenna and a wider WiFi range, so it fits our mobile usage a bit better than the Mobley. At the cottage, the Mobley gets a strong signal, and our WiFi as LAN Cradlepoint router works well to distribute the WiFi signal farther and allow more connections than the Mobley.
