I think jamway's problem is that his local AT&T stores say the $20 Unlimited is fiction so he is kind of stuck on what to do if he gets one from Best Buy online and can't activate it on the good plan. I feel your pain because I bought mine online - taking the risk nobody would activate it on the right plan - and then went through 4 customer service people online and still wasn't activated. Then, because I knew I would be passing an AT&T store, I stopped in and they set me right up. It is truly hit or miss.
