As Bill said, "Connected Car" is the magic term for getting to the right people when calling AT&T. My call to activate our Mobley was rolled over to a regular CSR, and a new one at that, apparently because the direct Connected Car lines were all busy at the time. Once I said the "magic words", and she checked with another CSR, I was promptly routed back to the Connected Car folks and the Mobley was activated on the $20 unlimited plan in less than 5 minutes. Our first bill was an odd amount since they prorated the Mobley account to match our existing Homebase plan cycle for combined billing, but it was quite clear that we were indeed on the correct plan.
