(Even if true - you could buy a cheap inverter (12V to 110V) to use with your 110V home to 12V converter - which you want anyway).

The Ford F53 MH chassis didn't get OBDII until they switched to the V10 engine for 1999 models. There are direct 12-volt adapters available for the Mobley, and they can also easily be made with a few dollars for parts.
