Hi folks. I don't understand what your timeout problem is, but this works for me using my laptop and Chrome:
Enter 192.168.1.1 in the Address bar. This brings up the ATT sign in page.
Log in to your account. This brings up the Home page.
Select "Settings" from the menu in the upper left corner.
On the Settings page select "Advanced" (NOT "Advanced Settings") at the top of the page.
On the next page, under "Advanced", select "Power Save."
A small bar will appear with your current Power Save setting. Click on the bar to open a menu of choices.
Click on "No Time Out", then "Apply."
Note: My software version is 1.0.1
