If there are two devices on the same network using the same IP address, I would change the address of one of them. Two devices on the same network should never have the same IP address. I have the Mobley, a Cradlepoint router, and a Pepwave AP, all connected by WiFi, and all assigned different access IP's. Connecting to either the router or the AP gives me access to all three device admin pages using each one's unique IP address.
