but at the moment they are NOT treated as voice phone lines

there is NO problem with a CSR saying it has a line
unless they are trying to treat it as $100 voice line

all Mifis, hotspots etc.. do get assigned phone number that is how the cell system is set up, it has to be identified and communicated with
and that is via the cellular line number
