If you use a browser on your mobile phone, e.g. Chrome on Android, and input 192.168.1.1 in the address bar, you will get the AT&T login page with "PC|Mobile" at the bottom of the page. Enter your login info and select "PC" at the bottom of the page. You can then navigate to Settings, Advanced, Power Save to make changes to your time-out settings.
