I am a U.S. citizen with a U.S. credit card, drivers license and address. They could not confirm my identity. Bought the device from Best Buy and activated it over the phone with the Car Connect people with no problem. Chuck
I had the same issue with ATT . . . just out of curiosity, did you have it shipped to a different address that what is on your credit card record?
My credit card billing address is a post office box and the Mobley can't be shipped to a post office box. In addition, AT&T will not accept a PO box as an address to set up the account. I suspected that was the problem. Chuck
