AT&T Unlimited LTE Hotspot $20 without AT&T phones

Verizon has come out with "HUM" a device similar to Mobility but a LOT smarter it is also 22GB but you must have a Verizon plan to add it. The way I read it this is not a stand alone plan.

Also reads several pins of the OBDII port so it may sense data to determine if in a vehicle and "may" not be used outside vehicle. Manual says turns off 10 min after key off.
