Well, here's my update. As I mentioned, they gave my Mobley to somebody else. Sent an EMail to the store manager with my complaint. He called me back and told me he had one coming from New York area. Left for a week and picked it up yesterday (yay! One obstacle down), called Connected Car last night and got it all set up (about 20 minutes....2nd obstacle down) but was told I had to go to ATT store today and get a new sim card and have them activate it. OK, did that and low and behold....I now have a Mobley set up....hardware and activated. Biggest problem I had today was trying to get in to the wi-fi manager to reset time outs and such. Still can't get in to the wi-fi manager on my phone yet but I did get the time out changed and the lease time changed to 240 hours. OK, now that I've done that...how does a wi fi extender work? Do you just connect to an extender by wi-fi? Also, is there anything else I need to do?
