I went to activate the Mobley I purchased from ABC. While it had an AT&T SIM in it, no one could find the phone number which everyone seemed to need to activate it on line. I eventually took it to our local AT&T store, they replaced the SIM & within 5 minutes I was up & running. NY has more "fees" than some states - $28.04 per month final cost.
