Well I received the Mobley yesterday, and even though it was ordered at a corporate ATT store, and came with a SIM card already installed, I was told by Car Connect that they need to mail a SIM card to me. Even though it was ordered at ATT and shipped BY them, TO my home address, "for security", they need to send another. And I am already an ATT wireless customer.

I don't think they know what they are doing.
