Well, it has been two weeks, and the firmware had not upgraded from 1.0. AT&T Chat wasn't much help -told me to plug it into the computer, run iTunes, choose the device, and download the firmware upgrade. While I found the USB port on the Mobley, iTunes never found it...

Other than that, it is working OK. A weak signal here (-110db) but still useful up & down load speeds.
