I bought mine from Best buy online
Went to the store, att guy's had never heard of it
Called att while i was in the store
New customer credit check etc..
About 35 minutes out the door with a working Mobley
Yes i paid the $25 activation fee
$20 per month data plan, i did not quibble or worry about the activation fee
