For those who are signing up, check your bills closely.
I purchased my Mobley outright because I didn't want the 2 year contract, and informed the AT&T employee of that when I went to get the Mobley activated. I ended up with a 2 year contract.
During our discussion I was asked for my cell number - I assumed because they wanted to put my Contact information on the account. It turned out that they added my cell phone as an extra line on the account, even though my phone is a work phone paid for by my employer. I had to call them to explain this to them and ask that they remove that phone from the account. Then, when I went to pay my second bill I found that they charged me $18 and some change to remove that phone from the account, in spite of the fact that they again charged me for service for that phone.
It has been one thing after another since signing up with them.
Can anyone say Wells Fargo?
