I don't see why anyone would find this kind of a result surprising. It's actually what I would have expected. Folks NOT seeing the slow down surprises me. The is a 22 GB limit before "optimization" kicks in.
Now my Sprint MiFi is truly unlimited so I would not expect that to happen even if I use 70-100 GB.
