Now my Sprint MiFi is truly unlimited so I would not expect that to happen even if I use 70-100 GB.
I don't find it surprising that Network Management kicked in, I expected that. What surprised me is that the slow speeds continued, even in the wee hours when the towers were definitely not congested.
