Update: What is really strange is that after running Fast.com and getting 4.5, if I hit the "compare on Speedtest.net" link at the bottom of Fast.com's test page, Ookla's speedtest.net shows download speeds in the 40s!
These two conflicting speed test results only happen on the Unite Explore that contains the Mobley SIM with 75GB of usage. When I run the same two tests on my other Mobley and on my Verizon gUDP jetpack, the speed test results are similar on both tests.
Others on HoFo are now reporting the same thing, seeing 4.5 speeds using fast.com and normal speeds using speedtest.net. Some swear that AT&T has now turned Stream Saver on, even though our accounts show it is not available.
Ya'll might want to run Mobley speed tests on both fast.com and speedtest.net and see if you get conflicting test results.
