Obviously, nothing.
That's not good or bad but if you pick 1 service and test your speeds on that 1 site over and over again you will likely know when you are in an area of good service and when you are in an area with no so good service.
The funny part is that you likely already know the answer. Either you are happy surfing the internet or you are not. So what do you do? You go to Speedtest.net to confirm what you already know.:?
