Thanks Robin for the update. I have both ATT and Verizon. This year on our trip to California, every time I lost my ATT signal, I'd check my Verizon phone and every time I noticed a loss of the Verizon signal, I'd check the AT&T phone.
So far, they seem to be in lock step with each other. If one goes out, so goes the other. I'll know more at the end of the year after we've traveled the Northeast and Northwest.
But my initial impressions are that Verizon may not have the claim on the superior network over AT&T.
