I do not believe this is correct. Shaw has 3 satellites, 2 located at 107 and 1 at 103. I am almost certain that the updated Trav'ler SK-733 will pick up all 3 as it has the new X-KU LNB.
I would assume they have updated the system. It will be something I would have to check into as we are using the new LNB at home and on our portable dish. Otherwise we would have to have the codes on receivers changed.
I didn't realize there was an explorer automatic system for Shaw. I figured there were only 2 available.
