I'm looking for a new box-of-many-buttons that will take either HDMI or coax. I found a few from a google search, but I don't want to spend $400. Any suggestions?

The coach is all coax for cable and antenna. I just got a Dish Wally which has HDMI out only. I would like to put the Wally in the compartment up front and feed both front and back TVs from the Wally. So I would need a switch that has at least HDMI input and 2 coax outputs. Yes I know I'll be losing resolution. I don't care.
I can easily run some coax from the from AV compartment to the front grill of the coach and connect the Pathway there.
The alternative is to co-locate Wally next to the front TV and run a separate run of coax to a new outside cable tap for the dish and abandon the idea of getting Dish in the back.
