I'm looking for a new box-of-many-buttons that will take either HDMI or coax. I found a few from a google search, but I don't want to spend $400. Any suggestions?

Something like this? Or a more expensive HDMI-to-RG6 Transmitter and HDMI-to-RG6 Receiver?
Plus, you would need an HDMI Splitter if you want to watch TV on the front and rear TVs simultaneously.
