Back up camera issues

Question

I am having ongoing issues with my backup camera/monitor losing the picture by turning blue after 30-60 seconds of being on. A couple of years ago one of the Fleetwood authorized service centers replaced my rear camera and monitor in an attempt to address this issue, but with limited success. It did improve for a short period of time, but is occurring more frequently now. I am wondering if it could possibly be a problem with the cable between the camera and monitor that is the issue. Any suggestions on trouble shooting this problem is appreciated.

If the new camera had made no change I would have said cable. Since it did improve for a while I would say cable connection close to the camera.

In addition to my previous posting, If I turn the monitor off and back on the picture returns for another 30-60 seconds.

just ordered a replacement monitor for a family member
spent several days researching all the options
most of the under $50 are only 480*234 or less resolution
for $70 & up you can get 800*400 or better resolution
order him a 9 inch monitor 800*400 for $85

also many of the really low cost ones ship from china 17 to 28 days delivery

the one i ordered "Pyle" ships from Amazon (amazon prime)

will be here tomorrow/Friday
