Uninstall JAVA, whether you have Windows or MAC. Just get rid of JAVA. JAVA is a malware magnet and one of the biggest targets of Malware writers.
We removed JAVA from nearly all of our PCs where I work (over 1100), and I removed it from all of my home machines over a year ago. Have yet to see a need for it at home or work.
