The event was from 5 to 7 pm and absolutely fantastic. Well organized and thought out. There many hundreds of people there for the grand opening of the store. You were greeted as you entered the parking lot and again before you entered the building. There was more than enough food to feed everybody. The lines for food and cashiers stretched around the store. The shelves were well stocked with a lot of employees roaming the store trying to help everyone out.

When Marcus gets tired of being CEO, he should consider going into the entertainment business. He was fabulous. The prizes were beyond belief. They ranged from gift certificates to trips to Hawaii for a couple that had both been in the service, satellite dishes, generators, gas card for $2500 for a trip to Alaska, $5,000 toward a newer RV, a lots more. I was in the back where it was sometimes hard to hear. He called all the children up and let them pick out any toy or game they wanted in the store. Some left with $800 bicycles. He even tried to get a proposal out of a guy that had been with his girlfriend for many years. All done in fun. What an entertainer.

If you ever get a chance to go to a Camping World Grand Opening, I suggest you go. You will not be disappointed.

I will also say this, my issue was resolved in 3 minutes. Look at the times in my original post. I also received a call from the assistant manager of the store today.

Marcus IMHO, you are doing an excellent job.

That is until you try to use it. I tried to use it to order a part for my motorhome. I was told that the $25 could only be used from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and that she didn't have time to look up the part, so I couldn't use the coupon. That doesn't sound like "No strings attached to me"

I would like to be able to use the coupon when the part is finally ordered. Can you help me?

Sorry for your troubles but part of this post is really funny. (Ha HA Funny) Could only use it between 5:00 and 7:00 P.M.? Did she actually say that with a straight face?

Did you also have to use it only on the third Tuesday and if you stood on one foot while using a hula hoop?

I'm sure glad Marcus is going to take care of this one.
