Best GPS for a motorhome?

I currently have a Garmin RV 760LM but find that it works very poorly while traveling. It seems to avoid problems that aren't there and takes me through streets that I have no business on. It has directed me several times on routes that would be 40-100 miles longer than a route that I had traveled before. I have tried to re-set the vehicle info but that doesn't seem to help. Any idea on a better model for a motorhome?

  • I used the free version of CoPilot, plus 10 bucks for voice navigation, on my 7" tablet on my last trip of about 3300 miles and was very pleased with it. It has an RV setting also. Nice thing about it is you can preplan your trip and save it. I preplanned all legs of the trip before I left home and loaded them up as needed.
  • I don't know how good it will be, but Garmin will be shipping their recently introduced RV 770LM within a month
