A followup to my earlier post regarding our new Rand McNally RVND 7720 LM:
We took a 350 mile trip out to Roper lake last week which was our first chance to road test the new GPS. We were amazed at how well it worked. It has so many features and an unbelievable amount of data available. Approach a sharp curve and .2 of mile out (and of course the distance setting is adjustable), it announces "Curve Warning", exceed the speed limit (just to test it of course), :W by 5 mph and you get "Speed Warning". Every time the speed limit changes it announces the speed warning the very second you pass the sign.
The graphics are large, clear and readable from just about any angle. Toggling from screen to screen is intuitive, quickly and easily done. The Dock feature on our home computer is awesome keeping the unit updated and it locks into our I-Phone Personal (Wifi), Hotspot in seconds giving us real time weather and traffic/road construction data superimposed right over the maps.
There are lots of great products out there but this one has got to be one of the very best when it comes to feature rich user friendly RV GPS'. :C
