I still can't get access to the SNIPPING TOOL. I see it listed and followed all the things GOOGLE said to do to enable it.
After reading up on it it only takes a screen shot of what ever you want to capture and assigns a JPG and whatever name you want to name it. You will still have to goto a program like IMGUR to get a HTTP address assigned to the filename before you can add to a image post anyway. It would only save me one step doing it the ALT -PRINT SCREEN way here for me. I can also add NOTES and arrows etc using the paint program before I save it or copy it which is usually what I do. Then I can delete the JPG by not saving it after I have sent it IMGUR.
Have no idea why either one of ADM OWNERS here on our WIN7 Home Premium can't access it to use, SNIPPING TOOL shows up on the start button just fine but says we don't have permission to open it up.
PROPERTIES for SNIPPING TOOL says we have FULL PERMISSION...
I don't think it will really help me here that much anyway anyway... Maybe save one step in my process of sending captured screen shot photo's.
