Unfortunately, not completely accurate. I checked the Faststone Capture download link, and its for the full v5.3 app which is quite small. It's not a downloader. In fact, it's a zip file @1.1MB.
The link to the publisher is for the current, "paid" shareware version of Faststone Capture. Go there for the updated version. But the freeware version ended in 2007, yet works fine in Windows 7/8. It hasn't been available on the Publisher's site for many years.
