Who has the best price in the western US for an installed WinGard Travler setup for Direct HD?

There usually around 1500 dollars. But for 500 more you can get an RFMogul which can actually be repaired. Winegard does not have any service facilities, does not sell parts except the LNB and coax, and from my experiences do not have a clue about customer service.
