Bing vs Google Maps

I was looking at another area, 5086 South Power Road
Gilbert, AZ 85212, where I installed a ice machine back in July of 2008, when I lived there. In the Google maps, it shows the place, that was constructed in 2008. In Bing maps, no place, but shows vacant land where it was to be built. Not until you zoom in all the way, then you can see the Texas Roadhouse.
So I keep finding that most of the bing maps I look at are a bit outdated. The 202 loop and I10 is not shown very well on Bing, while the freeway has been completed since 2008. Google pictures show the cars on the freeway, Bing shows bare ground, or no freeway where there has been one for about 5 years.
