Bluetooth Adapter

Looking for a bluetooth adapter that I can use with the stereo in the RV. I have the XM app on my phone, and it works great with my bluetooth headphones and small bluetooth speaker. What would be ideal is if they made a bluetooth receiver that plugged into the headphone jack on the RV stereo, anybody know who makes a good one?

RV is a 2008 so bluetooth was not OEM on the stereo.

    Several on Amazon $20 or so.

    I did a different approach. I plug my iPod into the stereo via headphone to RCA jack adapter the I bought a $5 bluetooth remote to control the iPod.

    The remote is simple and has big buttons to use while driving. Don't have to wake up the iPod etc.
