Bluetooth Speaker

I am looking for a small and expensive (less than $40) Bluetooth speaker that has decent sound.. Any recommendations?

I was looking through WALMART yesterday at things like this - They did have a couple of different ones there...

I also notice RADIO SHACk carries them too...
