This very much depends on each campground. We have been to some campgrounds that only have analog signals coming through their cable connection and we have been to some where it is a mix of analog and digital. At the last campground we were at all of the digital channels were duplicated with analog versions.
Now I know this because with a digital TV when you connect it you scan to lock in the channels and I see on the scan what is being locked in and if it is analog or digital. With an old CRT TV you may not have a setting to scan - though it should still work.
