We are fulltimers and rarely use campground WiFi as anything more than a backup to our own cellular hotspot. As others have said, if you want a reliable broadband connection you can stream on you should expect to bring your own. IMHO that's a lot more cost effective than investing lots of money trying to find long distance open WiFi connections.
