Good Wi-Fi is expensive. In some places, it is just too cost prohibitive for the CG owner to even attempt, other than maybe a low bandwidth cellular or sat link to process credit cards. Even with a good upstream, it can get dicey.
Personally, I'd rather see CG price hikes go for improving the facilities (better bath houses, solid electricity) than for the networking equipment for allowing people to stay in their rigs and play World of Warcraft.
